Burners Ceramat
Ceramat, unique, customisable, ceramic fibre burners
Ceramat is made by high-performance conductive ceramic fibre material with ultra-advance ceramic coating process which offers unique advantages, permitting the optimization of existing combustion systems and the development of more efficient solutions.
Product and process flexibility allows the development and production of a complete range of high-performance customised burners.
Coated, welded structure
Resistant to over 1,000ºC
95% homogeneous porosity.
A wide range of advantages from innovation in combustion
A unique material which, thanks to its characteristics at the cutting edge of the technique, offers unlimited, hitherto unattainable solutions for the development of combustion systems.
The ceramic properties of the fibre, along with an innovative process in the world of combustion, make up a electric conducting, self-supporting, resistant burner with high porosity, allowing it to offer a number of advantages over existing solutions in the market:
Advantage
High durability
Ceramat fibres can withstand temperatures of over 1,000ºC, owing to which corrosion in Ceramat burners is practically non-existent over time, not affecting the application's performance throughout its useful life.
Material stability against corrosion guarantees stable performance for burner lifetime.
Ceramat +2% 50 μm
Other base metal +40% 50 μm
Corrosion effect: accelerated life test 100h 1.100ºC.
Wide modulation range
The flame stability and temperature resistance of Ceramat allows a modulation range up to 1:40. Frequent on/off cycles are substantially reduced resulting in lower emissions and consumption.
Modulation range 1:40
Noise dampening
The fibre structure and porosity combined with flame-pattern customisation possibilities allows it to deal easily with both high- and low-frequency noises.
Best for gas-adaptive solutions
A unique material with all the properties of ceramic ones, but being in turn effectively conductive.
Repeatability from burner to burner
High porosity and adaptation flexibility mean that Ceramat burners behave identically from the first use to the last.
Stress-free assembly
Self-supporting characteristics means no assembly stress needed.
Modulation
It takes system modulation another step forward, even for gas adaptive solutions.
Flame stability
Highly stable combustion in all working conditions with all gas families, including hydrogen.
Endless flexibility
Burner perforation pattern flexibility offers the possibility to customise burner surface for each application optimisation.
Low emissions
The flexibility in adapting combustion surfaces makes it possible to optimise the burners to obtain extremely low CO and NOx values, increasing performance and reducing the environmental impact.
Very compact and light
The high porosity means it can withstand specific loads of up to 40 kW / dm2, which is possible thanks to the design of small, compact combustion systems.
Thermal treatment
Surface temperatures of over 1,000ºC without transmission to the inner layers, minimising the risk of flashback and increasing the life of joints by reducing the temperature of the burner casing.
